1. Hearing Aid Compatibility

Callbetter LLC is a digital-only interconnected VoIP service provider. We do not manufacture, sell, or distribute physical wireless handsets or mobile devices. As such, we do not offer handset models that require testing for Hearing Aid Compatibility (HAC) under FCC Rule 20.19.

Our service is designed to be compatible with a wide range of third-party SIP-compliant hardware and software.

2. Digital Accessibility

We are committed to digital inclusion. Our web interface and mobile applications are developed with the goal of meeting WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards.

We utilize semantic HTML, ARIA labels for screen readers, and high-contrast color palettes to ensure our platform is navigable for users with visual or motor impairments.
